After the Discovery Call, we define the recommended solution, project scope, deliverables, timeline, and final price.
You’ll know exactly what is included before deciding to move forward.
3 - Payment & Project Start

Once you approve the proposal, you’ll receive a secure payment link. Work begins after payment is confirmed.
You’ll also receive confirmation of the project start and estimated delivery timeline.
4 - Build & Test

We configure your Docusign solution based on the approved scope and test the complete process before delivery.
This includes validating routing, fields, business rules, and the connected Docusign capabilities involved in your use case.
5 - Delivery & Handoff

Once testing is complete, we deliver the finished solution and walk you through how it works.
Whenever possible, we prefer a live handoff so your team can review the process, ask questions, and understand the final configuration.
6 - 14-Day Warranty

After delivery, your solution includes a 14-day warranty for corrections related to the agreed project scope.
If something within the delivered configuration isn’t working as agreed, we’ll correct it during the warranty period.
